Globus family of brands (GFOB) is reshaping its Asia Pacific leadership team, with managing director Chris Hall moving into a newly created chairman and strategic advisor role from 15 July 2026. The transition comes as the touring and river cruise operator looks to accelerate long-term growth across the region and sharpen its APAC strategy.

Hall joined the business in March 2025 and has since overseen new pricing, marketing and training initiatives across Avalon Waterways, Globus and Cosmos. Under his leadership, the company introduced "Fly-free" and flight-inclusive offers and launched Cosmos' "Travel Deals you can Trust" campaign.
